User Agreement
I. General Provisions
1. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service to ensure that you fully understand all the terms in this Agreement. Unless you accept all the terms in this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your registration, login, use and other actions will be deemed as unconditional acceptance of all the terms in this Agreement.
2. Unless otherwise expressly provided, new functions and services launched by this product shall unconditionally use this Agreement.
3. Our company reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time without further notice. After our company modifies the terms of the agreement, if you do not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by this product. Continuing to use the services provided by this product will be deemed as accepting the modified agreement.
2. User Registration
1. The user shall agree to all the terms of this Agreement and complete all registration procedures according to the page prompts (minors should complete the procedures together with their legal guardians). When the user clicks the "Next" button during the registration process, it means that he fully accepts all the terms of this Agreement.
2. Users need to register an account for this product before using this service. This product account should be registered by binding with a mobile phone number. Users are requested to register an account with a mobile phone number that has not been bound to an account for this product and has not been banned by this product in accordance with this agreement. This product can change the account registration and binding method according to user needs or product needs without prior notice to the user.
3. When using the services of this product, users should ensure the authenticity of the information required for each service. The company does not assume any responsibility for any problems caused by untrue information and the consequences of the problems.
4. When users register and use this product, personal information that can identify the user will be collected so that the system can contact the user when necessary or provide the user with a better user experience. The information collected by the system includes but is not limited to the user's gender, age, date of birth, and city; the system agrees that the use of this information will be subject to the protection of the user's personal privacy information.
3. Service Content
1. The specific content of this service is provided by this product according to the actual situation, including but not limited to the user's use of this product, etc. This product can change the services provided, and the service content provided by this product may change at any time, and users will receive notifications about service changes.
2. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all new products, new functions and new services launched by the Company shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement.
IV. Service Change, Interruption or Termination
1. In view of the particularity of network services (including but not limited to server stability issues, the existence of malicious network attacks and other uncontrollable situations), users agree that our company has the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the services at any time.
2. Our company needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the systems or related equipment that provide services. If such circumstances cause the service to be interrupted within a reasonable time, our company does not need to bear any responsibility for this.
3. If any of the following circumstances occurs, our company has the right to change, interrupt or terminate the provision of services under this Agreement to users at any time without assuming any liability to users or any third party:
(1) According to the law, users should submit true information, but the personal information provided by the user is untrue, or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration, and the user fails to provide reasonable proof;
(2) The user violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement;
(3) In accordance with legal provisions or requirements of competent authorities;
(4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.
V. Protection of User Personal Privacy Information
1. In accordance with the law, we will collect, use and disclose your personal information under certain circumstances. The following terms describe how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.
2. Information Collection
(1) User provided

You expressly agree that you will bear all risks and consequences of uploading information, and our company does not need to bear any responsibility.

Although we will do our best to protect user privacy, we may disclose personal information when we have reason to believe that disclosure is necessary to comply with current judicial proceedings, court orders or other legal process or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our users or third parties.

6. Privacy protection for minors

VI. Content Standards
1. The content described in this specification refers to any content produced, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated by users in the process of using this service, including but not limited to account avatar, name, personal signature and other registration information and authentication information, or text, voice, picture, graphic, etc., sent and replied messages and related link pages, as well as other content generated by the use of this product account or this service.
2. The user promises that the use of the services of this product must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and shall not use the services of this product to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging the honor and interests of the state;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining the state's religious policies and promoting evil cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crime;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.
3. Users shall not use this product account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of this product or infringes on the rights and interests of other users or third-party partners:
(1) Contains any sexual suggestion;
(2) Content that contains insults, threats, or intimidation;
(3) Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information;
(4) Involving other people’s privacy, personal information or data;
(5) Contains any other content that interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
VII. Rules of Use
1. Any content transmitted or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of our company. Our company does not assume any responsibility for this.
2. When using this product, the user must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and agree not to use this product for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
(1) interfere with or disrupt the Services, any servers or networks connected to the Services, or any policies, requirements or regulations related to the Services;
(2) collect and store personal information about any other user for use in any prohibited activities;
(3) Intentionally or unintentionally violate any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances or other legally binding regulations.
3. The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and effectiveness of the information transmitted using this product account or service. Any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user and has nothing to do with our company. If damage is caused to our company or a third party, the user shall compensate according to law.
4. The services provided by this product may include advertisements. Users agree to display advertisements provided by this product and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, users shall be responsible for transactions conducted based on such advertising information. Our company shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by users due to transactions conducted based on such advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
5. In order to use this product, users must equip themselves with the necessary equipment to access the Internet, including computers, mobile phones and other devices related to accessing the Internet, and pay the fees related to this service.
8. Disclaimer
1. Our company does not guarantee the correctness, completeness or quality of the content transmitted through this product service. When users receive the relevant services, they may be exposed to unpleasant, inappropriate or disgusting content. In any case, our company will not be responsible for any content, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content and any losses or damages derived therefrom. Users shall bear their own risks when using the above content.
2. The user explicitly agrees that the risks and consequences of using this product will be borne entirely by the user, and our company will not bear any responsibility for the user. If the user violates relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this agreement and causes losses to any other third party, the user agrees to bear the liability for damages caused thereby.
3. Our company respects and protects the personal privacy of users. However, if the user's privacy information is leaked due to malicious network attacks or other uncontrollable circumstances, the user agrees that our company will not bear any responsibility.
4. Our company does not assume any responsibility for losses caused by telecommunications system or Internet network failures, computer failures, computer system problems or any other force majeure, but will try its best to reduce the losses and impacts caused to users.
IX. Intellectual Property Statement
1. Any information or materials such as text, graphics, audio, video and software (including but not limited to graphics, animation, audio, video, interface implementation, data and programs, codes, documents contained in the software) contained in this product service are protected by copyright law, trademark law and other laws and regulations. Without the written consent of the relevant rights holder, the user shall not use the information or materials in any way.
2、本协议未授予用户使用本产品任何商标、服务标记、标识、域名和其他显著品牌特征的权利，任何人不得擅自(包括但不限于：以非法的方式复制、传播、展示、镜像、上载、下载)使用，否则我公司将依法追究法律责任。
3. Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, users may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, copy, create derivative works or use for any commercial purpose any part or all of the contents of this product in any form or by any means.
10. Applicable Law
1. The conclusion, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by Chinese law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chinese courts. If any part of the Terms of Service conflicts with the laws of the People's Republic of China, such part of the terms shall be reinterpreted in accordance with the law. The invalidity or reinterpretation of some terms shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining terms.
2. The user and our company agree to this agreement. If any dispute arises during the implementation of this agreement, the two parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may directly file a lawsuit with the local People's Court.
11. Other provisions
1. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall be ignored in interpreting this Agreement.
2. This agreement and its modification and final interpretation rights belong to our company.
